Biography or HistoryWing, a native of Evanston, Wyoming, graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1947 and went on to found the WCWF, which performed architectural design. Based in New York City, WCWF designed the International Hotel at Kennedy Airport, and the Wagner College Science Center, among other projects. Scope and ContentContains a memoir, newsclippings, and other materials, including a certificate for his entry into the University of Wyoming Engineering Hall of Fame.
