Original Land Grant dated, July 23, 1903 under Claim No. 1622 encompassing 156.99 acres of land, to James Groendyke.

Chattel Mortgage dated, September 16, 1903 from Crossman Bros., a co-partnership, and Charles M. and George Crossman, individually, to Harry M. Dougherty and Joseph Rice, covering cattle and wagon gear, securing a debt of $4,500.00.

Deed of Release under Deed of Trust, dated, October 16, 1907, from O.E. Marren. Trustee, to Lula M. and Charles M. Crossman, of described tract in Socorro County, N.M. Territory.
