BiographyChauncey Thomas was a Colorado author who wrote the short story, "The Snow Story". Scope and ContentThe Chauncey Thomas collection includes an 18pp. corrected typescript of his famous "The Snow Story", and an issue of "The Rocky Mountain News" with the printed story, dated April 4, 1937. It also contains a letter from C. Thomas to Professor H.R. Warfel, dated 2/15/1939, and a letter from W.G. Gaffney (University of Nebraska, Lincoln) to Professor Warfel, dated 5/15/1964.
