BiographyMrs. Coe was Lincoln County Superintendent of Schools, a State Senator--with a special interest in education--between 1925 and 1941, an author, and world traveler. Scope and ContentSnapshots of Louise Holland and Wilbur Coe, their home in Glencoe, N.M., as well as her travels and friends in Thailand, Japan, and India. Includes a photo of a Henriette Wyeth Hurd portrait of Louise Holland Coe painted in 1960. The travel photos were used in Coe's 1984 book, High Roads to Friendship . Prints are 20 x 15 cm.
