Louie 'Lugs' Garcia was a Chicano activist in Pueblo, Colorado. A one-time Brown Beret, he campaigned for the rights of farm workers, bilingual education and organized the cleanup of the Salt Creek barrio area of Pueblo.
The collection is arranged into seven series. The series are as follows:
