Attempts by individuals to establish a barber school in Wyoming without much success. Records include correspondence, memorandum, applications for licensure, minutes, surveys, and Attorney General opinions.

Correspondence, memorandum, briefs, Attorney General opinions, and decisions and orders regarding a license renewal request by a Wyoming barber who had been convicted of a felony. The case led to changes in board procedures.

Lists of barbers, barbershops, and apprentices licensed in Wyoming. Information includes name, license number, and home address. The volume (1979-1980) lists only barber licenses and adds the amount of the fee.
