"Soap" was a prime time television comedy that parodied the style and plot lines of daytime "soap operas". The series ran for four seasons from 1977 to 1981. In spite of solid ratings, it was always controversial with advertisers due to plot lines that included marital infidelity, homosexuality, and demonic possession. Producer Susan Harris wrote or co-wrote every script.
The collection contains scripts for "Soap" from 1979-1981.
